With a total of 19 sessions available over the course of the summer you will be paying for 17 at $20 per session. This will give you the ability to miss 2 sessions (1 week) without having to pay for them. If the additional sessions are desired they would simply be $20 each.

Summer Strength Program

Summer Strength Program

Covering foundational movement patterns to maximize strength and power. Great for athletes looking to build foundational strength as well as increase overall strength and power. Programs will be periodized and athletes will be set up in groups of similar age, experience and level.

 

Working on:

Teaching proper technique

Creating symmetry

Increasing overall strength

Increasing overall power output

Core strength/stability

Fixing mobility imbalances

Proper safety and spotting techniques

 

 

 

I have a large number of athletes interested in this program and I will run as many 4 athlete groups as needed over the summer. First groups signed up will get first pick of time. The time will be set for the summer, scheduling will not be done week to week. Let me know if you are interested and I will get you set up with a group. Bringing your own group of 4 is also an option.

 

With a total of 29 sessions available over the course of the summer you will be paying for 26 at $30 per session. This will give you the ability to miss 3 sessions (1 week) without having to pay for them. If the additional sessions are desired they would simply be $30 each.

Summer Adult Fitness Class

Circiut training based around increasing functional strength and cardiovascular endurance. All fitness levels are encouraced to come as there are always modifications to every exercise made available.

Increasing functional strength

Increasing cardiovascular capacity

tightening/toning

Weight loss (if applicable to participant)

Nutritional guidance

Muscular endurance

Core strength/stability

Joint health/mobility

6 min. - 12 max. Adults (all levels)
