Brandon has been a sports performance specialist since 2010 and has worked with highly competitive athletes from 9yrs old – D1 College. He specializes in identifying movement inefficiencies that prevent athletes from performing at their potential. Once the issues are identified Brandon builds a program to fit their needs and help them improve. Through his education as well as being a former collegiate athlete and high school coach Brandon brings a unique coaching style that has proven to bring his athletes to the next level.

Brandon also trains adults in private and group settings. Whether their goals are better overall fitness, weight loss, or performance based, he has seen similar results with his adult clients, as they are consistently meeting/exceeding their training goals.

Ed has been a professional personal trainer since 2010, involved with youth sports performance and adult training in Fort Collins, Denver, and South Metro areas. With extensive experience in youth athletic development, and adult personal training, Ed takes innovative and functional principles to help individuals reach their athletic, health, and overall wellness potential. Ed has a primary focus on cultivating adaptations to the demands of sport, exercise, and life. Earning a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University allowed Ed the opportunity to work with collegiate athletes, along with the general population as a personal trainer. With a shift in focus to provide exceptional coaching and training to youth athletes in the South Metro and Denver areas, Ed has a strong foundation of skills to apply to athletes and individuals of all levels.

Chris recently graduated from Fort Lewis College while spending 3 years as part of their high-level soccer program.  During his time with Fort Lewis soccer, Chris worked with youth athletes, both coaching and training them for soccer.  He has experience with sports nutrition from his years of involvement with competitive soccer.  Chris focuses his training on injury prevention to help keep athletes healthy and competing at a high level. He helps identify which areas athletes need improvement and works with them to improve their overall performance.  Graduating with a degree in exercise science allowed him to gain experience in a variety of areas of health and fitness.  In completing his degree, Chris spent time with the Durango Special Olympics to help their athletes prepare for games and learn the fundamentals of sports.  From his experiences, Chris has a good knowledge base to help athletes improve their performance and stay healthy.
