This is what we do and how we are different!
At Moving Forward Performance & Fitness we focus on performance development and improvement for highly competitive athletes. We work with teams, groups, and individuals to improve common inefficiencies that prevent them from moving and performing at the level they need to and/or have the potential to.
With an assessment first, program based approach, we have built training systems that are tailored to the athlete's specific needs. These systems have been used on athletes of all ages and levels and have proven to improve performance for all of the athletes we work with. We track progress by using a testing protocol that hits on the major areas we know athletes need to perform well at.
Our coaches are trained to have a WHY to everything we do. We believe that athletes generally have very common needs/inefficiencies, but they do not all fit into the same box. We pride ourselves on providing the exact training that every athlete needs who walks through our doors.

We take this same program based approach with our adult clients as well. We work with adults looking for any number of training goals; from athletic performance, general fitness, to strength specific, and weight loss. We train adults in classes as well as individually.
